Verify beta
Privacy for beta requests
This page covers the information you send through the Verify beta request form.
What we collect
We collect the work email, audience choice, and project description you submit. We also create a one-way network identifier for abuse prevention. We do not store the network address in the beta request.
How we use it
We use the request only to assess and run the Verify beta and to reply to you. We do not add the address to marketing lists or share the request with another organization.
How long we keep it
Beta requests are configured to expire automatically after 90 days. Short-lived abuse-control records expire sooner. Infrastructure backups may retain encrypted copies for their normal recovery window.
Access and deletion
Access is limited to the Llamassist operators running the beta. You can ask the person who replies to your request to correct or delete it sooner.
What this page does not cover
Agent work, evidence, and organization records have their own agreed purpose and retention rules when a beta project begins. Submitting this form does not connect an agent or grant project access.
